A life immersed in art and nature led to artist Eimear Maguire to establish her own creative brand Dollybirds Art in 2013. Her paintings are inspired by nature, the seasons and all the small moments of a quiet day outdoors. Each painting is the culmination of time spent in nature developing ideas and many hours of sketching before everything is brought to life in the studio with colour. Originals and prints are available in her Belfast studio and stocked in leading stores including Anthropologie, Avoca, The National Trust, Kew Gardens London, along with selected independent stores throughout Ireland, the UK and USA.Prints have been featured in publications such as Elle Décor, Image Interiors and living and Irish Country magazine. Botanical prints were featured in the Ikea Spring 2018 advertising campaign and in the 2021 BBC DIY SOS series. Her seaweed collection is displayed in The Dead Rabbit, New York & Austin.
