A life immersed in art and nature led to artist Eimear Maguire to establish her own creative brand Dollybirds Art in 2013. Eimear holds a degree in Fine Art and a postgraduate certificate in Art Education, bringing a wealth of  expertise and experience to her  studio work and art workshops.

Eimear's paintings are inspired the beauty  of  nature, its changing seasons and all the small moments of a quiet day outdoors. Each piece is created from time immersed in nature, cultivating ideas and sketching before bringing them to life in her Belfast studio. Designed to complement any home, her artwork creates a sense of tranquility and offers a soothing escape through her earthy colour palette and hand-painted compositions.

Original paintings and prints are available in her Belfast studio and stocked in leading stores including Anthropologie, Avoca, The National Trust, Kew Gardens London along with selected independent stores throughout Ireland, the UK and USA. Prints have been featured in publications such as Elle Décor, Image Interiors and living and Irish Country magazine. Botanical prints were featured in the Ikea Spring 2018 advertising campaign, BBC DIY SOS  & Blue Lights series. Her seaweed collection is displayed in The Dead Rabbit, New York & Austin.

Untitled design-20.png

Painted exclusively  for Bushmills Irish Whiskey and inspired by the Irish barley grown in Co Cork and used for generations since 1608. The earthy, warm, golden tones in this print are the perfect way to celebrate the Bushmills Irish whiskey journey from grain to bottle.

A selection of our artwork hangs on the walls of The Dead Rabbit NYC, displayed alongside a carefully curated collection of the finest Irish art that represents  modern Ireland in the heart of New York City.

An invitation to explore Kew Gardens and paint led to the creation our Palm house print. Our botanical collection celebrates the remarkable biodiversity found within it.
